CicLAvia | Biking On BLOCKED roads in Los Angeles

Hi guys, here with sixthreezero. Today, we're going on a really fun ride.

We're participating in CicLAvia, which is this event that happens periodically in LA, and I'm sure in other places too. I think it originated in Columbia? But they block off about a five-mile stretch. And it's usually on a Saturday or Sunday, and everyone comes out with their bikes.

And there are food vendors and different sights to see. But the street will be totally closed off, so perfect for biking. And it's our first time doing it, so should be a lot of fun.

All right. And today we've got two friends biking with us, so we had them take the body fit quiz because they don't have bikes. And we brought two models for them. The EvryJourney Women's and Reach Your Destination Men.

We're at a mandatory dismount spot. There are a lot of vendors and food options and a lot of people. We're only one mile in. Maybe two miles. And I think the whole thing is five miles, so still a while to go.

Thanks for following along on our CicLAvia ride today. Hopefully, we motivated you to get out there and find some local group rides. It's a ton of fun. We saw a lot of cool bikes, a lot of customized low riders, and even some sixthreezeros. So, it was a great time: great food; fun hanging out with friends, and getting some physical activity in. So, definitely look for similar rides in your area. I'm sure there are going to be plenty of them. And thank you for watching. If you have any ideas for future videos, leave them in the comments below, and we'll do our best to get to them. But other than that, don't forget: it's your journey, your experience. Enjoy the ride.
